Reverend Dr. Phillip Charles Joubert, Sr.
Reverend Dr. Phillip Charles Joubert, Sr. has been committed to helping others for more than 35 years in and around the Norwalk community.
By way of background, Rev. Dr. Joubert graduated from Nyack College where he majored in Bible, liberal arts, and minored in pastoral theological studies. He then attended graduate school in theology at the Alliance Theological Seminary in Nyack and graduated from the School of Theology at the Virginia Union University in Richmond, Virginia, where he earned a master's degree. He received his Doctor of Divinity degree from Virginia Seminary & College of Lynchburg, Virginia.
Reverend Dr. Joubert was first licensed as a minister in 1978 and was officially ordained in 1982. He has been a pastor for 40 years.
