Reverend Dr. Phillip Charles Joubert, Sr. is a Pastor and Teacher. He spent 30 years as a foreign missionary to the Islands of the Caribbean.  He has served as an instructor in Evangelism, Theology, Christian Stewardship in many genres of Christian Education. World missions and Evangelism is one of Dr. Joubert's many theological expertise.

Reverend David Eric Washington

Associate Minister

Reverend David Eric Washington has been licensed to preach since 1987 and has been ordained since 1991. Reverend David Eric Washington is also the Pastor of the Word of Faith Church of God in Christ, Inc. since 1996.  Reverend Washington is active in the community and his favorite scripture is Phil. 4:13, “I Can Do All Things Through Christ Which Strengthens Me.”
